Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the east french doors in Walter Jrs. bedroom, La Casa Nueva, ca. 1980. With the light as such that the wooden elements of the doors are in shadow and not visible, the six glass panels are highlighted. Each has an intricate lead-work design of squares and rectangles that form an angled cross. At the center of each panel are small sections of stained or painted glass. At upper left is a rose in a shield. Upper right is a shield with two crossed lines interlaced with an angled square. At the center right within an oval is an angelic figure, while at right is a female saint in an oval. At bottom left, within a shield, are two fields at the top with three-leaf clovers and a larger field at the bottom with a jagged line. At the right, also in a shield, is a deer or stag with a lifted foreleg. Through the bottom panels is part of the balcony rail outside the doors. With little indication of wear or damage, the image is in good condition.
