Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of the east parking lot site looking west, 3 February 1977. The graded dirt area of the site appears across the bottom half of the image. A row of six trees is across the middle with a mound of dirt around each trunk and along both sides of the row; two more identical rows can be seen in the back. Near the center, and in the back, is a reinforced concrete block. Many surveying markers can be seen throughout the lot area. In the right foreground is a tree supported by a stake. In the left background is a flat-roofed commercial building surrounded by trees. Seen through the trees at center is the construction of the Pio Pico Gallery, the pavilion roof, and tank area of the Water Tower. To the far left is the east side of the Workman House which includes the northwest; northeast; southwest; and southeast wings. A group of five automobiles is parked near the home to the east. On the back bottom right corner is a label crediting Duane C. Alan with the photography and providing his business information. Two identical images are included and are in good condition.
