The front of the card has a colorful design of Easter lillies with butterfly-like designs and a gold and black background. A larger bouquet of lillies is at the upper left and a smaller one is at the lower right. In between these two is a preprinted greeting. At the bottom is the pencil inscription "over," referring to a handwritten message, with the date at the top right, and reading "Dear Cousin Thomas / Cannot understand / why I have not heard / from you in nearly / a year. Hope you / are all well. Please / write to me. / Yours as ever / Eria de Ajuria" and also providing her address at the bottom. Eria de Ajuria was a second cousin of Walter P. Temple, being the gradduaghter of Jonathan Temple through his daughter Francisca Temple de Ajuria. With some heavy creasing, foxing, faded lettering, and dented corners, the overall condition is fair.
