Color: Black; White
A black and white reproduction photograph of Edgar Temple and dog Prince, ca. 1924. This is a reproduction of the original and part of the background from the copy work can be seen. The image shows Edgar on one knee next to the German Shepherd on a lawn at an unknown location. He wears what may be a gray or similarly colored buttoned sweater and knee-length trousers and dark-colored tie, socks, and shoes. The dog is standing on all fours with Edgar holding him at the back. Behind the two are trees denuded of foliage, suggesting a winter date for the original photograph, but no identifying features as to location can be discerned. On the upper reverse is the pencil inscription "Edgar in 'golf pants' w/Prince." With no discernible signs of wear or damage, the object is in good condition.
