REPORT, "ELEVENTH REPORT OF THE STATE MINERALOGIST," (Sacramento: A. J. Johnston, Supt. State Printing,) 1893. The report covers the years from September 15, 1890 to September 15, 1892 and consists of a report of the trustees of the state mining bureau, the report of the state mineralogist, essays on the geology and mineralogy of several counties, county activity reports, an essay on hydraulic ejectors, and a "Dissertation Upon American Mining Law. There are many illustrations and a map, tipped in at page 152, is item .2 of the accession. With a missing back cover and part of the index, much damage to the front cover, but generally clean pages, the overall condition is fair.Lexicon
