Color: Black; White
An order blank from "Elite Tables and Occasional Pieces," a furniture catalog issued by the Elite Furniture Company, 1929. At the top is the wording "USE THIS ORDER BLANK MAIL IT TODAY." Under this and to the left is the company name and place of business with shipping information lines below. Below a statement of sales terms are columns for quantity, model number, article name and price, with two sections of each provided--these are divided by a vertical line at the center of the page. At the bottom right are lines for a signature and the position of the processor and the date the order was completed. The back of the document is blank. Though there is a large acid stain at the upper right corner and some creases, the document is in good condition.
