Description
A photograph of an Elks parade in Los Angeles, California, 1910 or 1914. Two girls stand among a group of men wearing kilts and carrying bagpipes. There are two men in suits on the left side, with one holding a drum; a man on a horse on the left side; and others wearing uniforms. In view is a two-story building with a Portola Cafe sign. Inscriptions on the bottom identofy the scene and estimated years. With a crease on the bottom left, mirroring most noticable on the left, and light fading, the object is in good condition overall.
