Description

EMIGRANT PANEL FROM LA CASA NUEVA MASTER BEDROOM NORTH WINDOW Color: Black; White An architectural drawing of the emigrant panel of the stained glass window at the north side of the Master Bedroom of La Casa Nueva, ca. 1978. In pencil on white tracing paper, the drawing is a tracing from part of a photograph of the window (see objects 92.10.1-.5) showing emigrants and covered wagons, woman cooking over fire, two men carrying wood near a wagon with a child near them; a man resting on chopped wood, and a child playing near the fire. On the front upper left corner written in pencil is "Left Center". The artifact was encapsulated and is in fair condition with the upper left and lower right corners torn off; small tears on the edges (some repaired with linen tape); and some creases.
