Description

A pamphlet from the Firth real estate company promoting sales of land throughout the Los Angeles region and in other portions of California, ca. 1920s. The front cover has the phrase "An Acorn That Grew Into an Oak" and has the company name, address and telephone numbers. Inside is an essay by Emil Firth that elaborates on his acorn metaphor when it came to his business. A list of properties developed by Firth is given on one panel and another lists current properties in Los Angeles, Fresno and Perris. With soiling, a stain on the spine area and some small edge losses, the condition is good overall.
