An envelope for Mission Play postcards, ca. 1920s. The brown paper artifact has dark-brown printing on the top left corner of the front that reads, "10 SCENES FROM / The Mission Play / by John Steven McGroarty / Put up expressly by / Mission Curio-Art Shop / San Gabriel, California / Price 25 cents." The ten color postcards which were inside are items .2-.11, and feature many scenes from McGroarty's play, which was performed in San Gabriel's Mission Playhouse.
