A fabric sample booklet issued by the Fairbanks Tailoring Company, ca. 1920s. The artifact has two metal pegs at the left which hold five fabric samples of different textures and colors. The samples, which rest against black cardstock, each have a label at the top right corner indicating the name, brief description, and price of the fabric. The cardstock has the name of the manufacturer across the top in gold and black. At the left of this is an illustration of two lambs with words at the bottom that read, "ALL WOOL." At the top right corner is an illustration of two tailors at work. A white label is at the center of the cardstock. On the middle of the label is an illustration of a man showing the inside lining of his green suit to a woman in an orange dress. At the top of the drawing is, "Wondersheen," while at the bottom is a brief description of the material. At the left of the label is a guarantee and at the right is a table of prices. With small dents at the bottom corners and fading of the gold lettering, the object is in good condition.Lexicon
