"Family Financial Guide," issued by Los Angeles Creamery Company, 1929. Contents include a description of the company and information promoting milk as a healthful food, What follows are tables for the monthly recording of income and expenses, with the latter including rent, utilities, hired help, insurance, taxes, gifts and other items listed under main categories like maintenance, food, clothing, investment, recreation and extra items. At the rear is an inventory section and summary for the year. The item is filled out from January 1929 to January 1930 and there are further summaries in the inventory portion and there are some notations on the front wrapper as well. Clipped to the December section is a sheet with more financial figures and notations. With heavy soiling, stains, creases and wear on the wrappers and some creasing and soiling on pages, the general condition is fair.
