Description

Color: Brown; Green; White A black and white reproduction photograph of the family plot in El Campo Santo, 1966. The western and northern sides of the original cast-iron fence is visible with the entrance gate at center left. Within the plot are the graves of John Rowland, right, and, behind the gate toward the center, Adrian and John H. Temple, Jr., whose sister Edith was visiting the site with Loretta Berner, donor of the photograph. In the background are four arbor vitae and part of one visible on the far right and in the foreground are portions of sidewalks and a lawn. On the upper reverse in blue ink, probably in Berner's hand, is "Gate & fence / around cemetary [sic] / Workman Temple / homes / 1966." With little indication of wear or damage, the print is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
