"Famous Southern California Scenes," published by B. R. Baumgardt & Co., Los Angeles, 1901. The item consists of photographs of notable areas in the region accompanied by captions of varying length. The cover is a paper created to simulate wood and there is a fabric flower at the lower left of the front while the binding consists of a thin brown rope-like material. There are a few small stains, some soiling and edge rubbing, but the overall condition is good.
