STEREOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHS, "FAN PALMS, SAN PEDRO ST.," Los Angeles, Ellis and Son Landscape Photographers, ca. 1880s. The focus is a pair of fan palm trees that stand in front of a brick house, part of which is visible at the background right. There is a wood fence, a well, over which seems to be a vine on a trellis, and some small and large trees. At the left margin is the photographer's name, at the right margin is the address of the photographer, and on the back is an ink inscription: "Fan Plams San Pedro St." With soiling, edge and corner rubbing, and a few small stains on the reverse, the general condition is good.Lexicon
