The 176-page catalog has a brown cardstock cover with the title in brown lettering against a black shield at the center of the front. Around the shield are yellow roses. The year is in black ink on the bottom left corner. The name and address of the manufacturer is on the center of the back also in black ink. On the inside of the front cover are general directions to customers, and ordering information for the nursery and greenhouse department. Listed are a variety of vegetation including rare plants; vegetable seeds; grass seeds; field corn; flower seeds like roses and cannas; bedding plants; vines; trees; small fruits; as well as other gardening products; fertilizers; insecticides; pumps; irrigation equipment; tools; books; and more. An index is on the inside of the back cover. Many black and white photographs and illustrations are included. With some abrasions; minor dents; some foxing; light soiling; and small stains on the cover, the object is in fair condition.
