"Fifth Annual Report of the Board of Water Commissioners of the City of Los Angeles, California," 1906. The item includes general and specific reports by Superintendent William Mulholland, with the latter dealing with pipe laid; services; fire hydrants; gates; and meters and the former including sections on meters; water supply; and reservoirs, including the completion of the Ivanhoe (Silverlake) facility and notes on the Crystal Springs, Edendale and Pollock facilities. An auditor's report is also included, noting receipts and disbursements generally and by month and includes finances for the Los Angeles Aqueduct account and listings of city-owned water-related properties. With wrapper edge discoloration, rubbing and soiling, but clean pages, the overall condition is good.
