"First Annual Report of the City Manager of the City of Alhambra, California," 1 July 1916. The 73-page report from City Manager Charles E. Hewes provides summaries from city departments, includes photographs and includes extensive financial and statistical data from the city where the Temple family moved about a year-and-a-half later. With a missing back and damaged front wrapper, markings from the University of Southern California Library, wear, soiling and creases, the condition is fair.
