A snapshot photograph of flood damage at Los Angeles, February 1914. The photographer stood at the bank of what appears to be the Arroyo Seco in Highland Park and some felled trees are of note. In the distance is a large group of people standing near a structure close to the water's edge in what could be the Sycamore Grove park. Many tall trees and no other structures are in the vicinity. The overall condition is good.
