Description

Color: Black; White "Flood Scenes, January and February 1914," a publication issued by the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, 1914. The document's title panel has a simple blackline border with the district's name at the top, the title at the center, and the name of Chief Engineer J. W. Reagan at the bototm. The item unfolds like a map, rather than a book or periodical. When completely unfolded the object has thirty-four black and white photographs with captions of flood ravaged areas throughout the county. With corner rubbing, creases throughout, heavy soiling, yellowing, many stains, and many tears, the document is in fair condition.
