A real photo postcard, "Fly Time—Aviation Field," Dominguez Air Meet, Benham Company, January 1910. The view is of seven aircraft at the Dominguez Air Meet at Compton and shows airplanes, dirigibles and balloons superimposed in the sky just above the packed grandstand at the event, the first of its kind in the United States. Printed on the reverse is the note that Benham was the official photographer, whille the usused card was made by The J. Bowers Photo Co. of Long Beach. With some silvering and light soiling, the condition is good overall.
