The item contains information on the structure as well as color images of it and other features of the cemetery. At the centerfold is a floor plan of the mausoleum-columbarium. On the last page are lists of officers of the Forest Lawn Memorial Park and American Security & Fildeity Company, fiscal agents for the project. With stains, soiling and creases on the wrapper, but clean pages, the condition is good.
