Description
Four hikers on a trail in the San Gabriel Mountains, ca. 1915. The three women and a man are ascending a trail in the open sun and the woman at the front right shades her eyes from the glare. Next to the group are some trees, probably oaks. In the background is a chapparal-covered hillside. On the reverse is a pencil inscription: "SAN GABRIEL MTNS." With some album paper and mounting corner residue on the reverse, minor soiling and silvering on the side, the overall condition is good.
