The front cover of "Frank Leslie's Illustrated," printed in New York, 4 February 1888. A drawing, labeled "Female Lobbyists at Washington, D.C. - A Scene in the Marble Room of the Capitol - Senators in the Toils" shows four women talking to two men. With tears, wear, early signs of foxing, and a piece missing, the object is in good overall condition.
