Description

PHOTOGRAPH, FRONT ELEVATION OF METHODIST HOSPITAL, LOS ANGELES, 1919. Taken from a driveway or walkway, the view shows the first four or five floors of the structure and the stairs leading up to the entrance. Much of the facade is obscured behind large trees. A road crosses the view between the photographer and the hospital and an automobile is parked along it. On the reverse is a descriptive inscription with the date. Aside from remnants of a mounting corner, some grime, and creases, the condition is good.
