Color: Brown; Green; Red; White
A color photograph of La Casa Nueva's front entrance, ca. 1981. The white house is across the back and has a red tile roof. The roof is slightly gabled at the center and under this on the second floor under the entrance is a balcony with a glass door and an iron enclosure. At the top center of the enclosure is the Temple family coat of arms. At the far left is a small window to the Master Bedroom dressing room and at the far right are the double-doors to the Music Practice Room. At the front of this is an iron-railed balcony. The front door is at the bottom center of the first floor. Around this is a plaster design of columns, vines and grapes, and wheat stalks. Flanking the front door are two arched painted glass windows of the Temple children, with Agnes at the left and Thomas at the right. On the wall over these windows are iron lamps. At the far left is one set of French doors to the Living Room and to the right is another set to the Music Room. The trim to all the windows and French doors is light blue. Across the front of the home is a stone-floored porch where there are several potted plants. The front of the porch has a short wall on which there are grape designs. Lining the front of the wall are two bushes and a hedge. At the left of the foreground is a red brick walkway that leads to the steps of the porch. The walkway is also across the right and there is also part of a lawn. At the top right is a label with the number, "5." With no signs of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
