"Fruit Stand on Road," ascribed to Los Angeles, 12 September 1923. The view shows a thatched-roof, open-sided structure beneath a canopy of mature trees. Barrels and crates of produce are in front of and, presumably, within the structure. Several black men are in the image toward the left side. There is no identification on the photographs aside from the title and date, however. With some minor edge rubbing and soiling, the condition is good.
