An empty box for "Fun-To-Wash" washing powder, manufactured by The Hygienic Laboratories, Inc., Buffalo, 1920s. The item has directions in English and German on the side panels and company logos on the lids. The main front-facing panels have the product name, cost, company name and location, and a stereotypical image of a black "mammy" in a head-and-shoulder-view. With edge abrasions, soiling, stains on the left side of one main panel, but otherwise solid construction, the overall condition is good.
