The front has a comic cartoon of several men hanging from a car driven by a man with a young lady at the wheel. A photo of singer Ray Samuels, labeled "The Blue Streak of Ragtime" is also present. The three-page score is followed, on the back, by an ad for several other tunes by the publisher.
