Description
A notarized statement (a), receipt (b), and an envelope (c) from the General Relief Committee, International Order of Odd Fellows, Los Angeles to the Occidental Lodge #720, Beaver, Pennsylvania, 24 June and 2 July 1886. The documents refer to the expenditures of the Los Angeles lodge for the medical care of a man from the Pennsylvania lodge, who was requested to reimburse the former. The notarized statement indicated the member, M. D. Barnes was in very poor condition. The overall condition is good.
