A business card for agent J.H. Sinnett of Gilchrist Company, the subdivider of "Hollywood Grove Tract," 1920s. The card has the company logo, address, phone, and Sinnett's name. The company name had changed from Gilchrist Saunders Company, which is the map, item .19 of the accession, to which this card was affixed with a paper clip. With rust from the clip and some soiling, the overall condition of the card is fair.
