"Guide to Los Angeles County Zoning Ordinance," published by the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission, August 1929. After a foreword and a list of commission members and staff, the work contain sections on zoning value, section duties, procedure, police powers for zoning ordinances, zoning changes and exceptions, permit rules and others before the ordinance is reprinted and then followed by an index. With badly soiled, abraded creases and torn wrappers, browned pages (a few of which have tears, and a vertical half fold, the overall condition is fair.
