Box - hairpin, rectangular shape with triangular pattern on ends with following sequence of bands: red - light red - yellow - light red - red, triangular pattern on end is blue and white with blue, white and red floral motif, box lid reads "Hair Pins" in white letters, front side has cut-out section for lid flap to fit in to and to provide easy access for pins. In pencil reads "SP-16/10-30-91 / 6 50/".
