Balcony on every level and a spire to the left, all windows have wooden shutters on the exterior. People gather for the photograph on the second floor balcony, porch and steps, sidewalk and in a horse drawn buggy on the street. In fair condition, moderate foxing throughout, surface soiling and minor loss to bottom right corner of mount.Lexicon
