Harvard School for Boys football team, ca. 1920s. The image shows fourteen boys in football uniforms, an adult in a military uniform, and what appears to be another student in a military uniform, standing, kneeling, or sitting on a field with a goalpost in the background. There are homes in the distance, so it assumed that the location was the school grounds at its old location west of downtown Los Angeles at Western Ave. and Venice Blvd.. There is a pencil inscription of what may be a surname on the reverse, as well as another that reads "Harvard Military School / L.A. Calif." With much soiling, silvering vertically near the center, and edge wear, the condition is fair.Lexicon
