HELEN PERCEY TO WALTER P. TEMPLE, 4 OCTOBER 1928 Color: White A letter (a) with return address envelope (b) from Helen Gladys Percey to Walter P. Temple, 4 October 1928. Head of the research department at Paramount Famous Lasky Corporation, parent of Paramount Pictures, Percey's letter is on company stationery which is plain white paper. The return envelope is also on company stationery addressed directly to Percey and is plain white paper. From a suggestion by Mary Julia Workman, daughter of William Henry Workman, Percey asked Temple if he had any relics of William Workman's from the 1840s for the use of a movie. It is not known if Temple responded, especially since the return envelope is still with the letter. Both are in poor condition with folds in sixths; paper clip rust stains; liquid stains; and creases on the letter and two folds; liquid stains; paper clip rust stains; and creases on the envelope.
