The title is on the top of the front in red. In white to the bottom right of the latter is "HAWAIIAN / FOX TROT / With Ukulele / Accompaniment." At the left of the center is a sailor dressed in white sitting on a pier pylon. He plays a ukulele and looks to the right. At the right, in the distance, is an island on which there are two huts. Also in the distance is a battleship. In the background is a large white and red moon and many stars. All of the latter are against a blue background. The names of the composers are at the bottom left corner in white, while the name of the publisher is within a white box at the center of the bottom. On the left of the inside is a sample for a song called "Your Heart Looked Into Mine." On the back are illustrated advertisements and small samples of songs called "Precious" and "While the Years Go Drifting By." With light abrasions; small creases throughout; some soiling; discoloration; small stains; a small tear; and overall wear, the artifact is in fair condition.
