A wooden podium is between the two and a microphone on a stand is next to Justice Reynoso. An American flag is at the left and a state flag on the right, behind a standing photographer. In the foreground are guests to the ceremony, with one guest seated behind Justice Reynoso. In the background is the umbrella tree and other landscaping at the north end of the lawn area. The image is in mint condition.
