HISTORIC AND CULTURAL ELEMENT OF THE PLAN OF DEVELOPMENT, CITY OF INDUSTRY Color: Brown "Historic and Cultural Element of the Plan of Developement, City of Industry", an unpublished manuscript describing the scope of work for the restoration of the Workman Homestead, City of Industry, ca. 1974. This is followed by a detailed preliminary site report by architect Raymond Girvigian, which includes comparisons to other historic sites, as well as proposed specific uses for the Homestead with a detailed survey of each element of the site and bibliography. An appendix includes information on the Gamble and Rowland houses, a list of interred persons in the Walter P. Temple Memorial mausoleum, and more site photographs. With a tear on the top edge of the front cover; covre creases; and some edge wear on the pages, the work is in good condition.
