Front cover also has a black border around the edges and a flower design printed underneath the authors name in black. Aged white paper with black ink. The 244 pages of text includes table of contents, list of plates [one in color], bibliography, and an index. The subjects include costume history from Egyptian times to the 1920s with an emphasis on French and American costume history. Top and botton of spine is abraded. Acid burns at outer edges of pages and endpapers. Overall physical condition and appearance is fair.Lexicon
