Description
Book, "History of Political Conventions in California, 1849-1892," Winfield J. Davis (Sacramento: California State Library,) 1893. The book covers all political conventions in the state from the consitutional convention of late 1849 until the presidential campaign of 1892. The work was said to have been rebacked and so the covers have some wear, dented corners, stains, and other damage, but the binding is still tight and the pages generally clean, so the condition is overall fair.
