"Hollywood Daily Citizen," 9 September 1928 (Vol. 24, No. 136.) The four-page community newspaper is dedicated as the "National Air Races Special Edition" to celebrate the event at Mines Field, now Los Angeles International Airport, and features articles, advertisements, and a Harold Teen cartoon that all deal with aviation.
