Description

Color: Black; Pink An order blank, issued by the Home Art Co. Not Inc., 1929. The pink paper sheet has the name and address of the company within a square box at the top left corner. Below this is a blank line for the amount of the order along with a customer agreement. At the right of this are blank lines for the customer's name and address. At the center and at the bottom are many blank lines for the order's quantity; article numbers; description of the goods; individual prices; and a total. On the back are more lines for this information. At the bottom of this are mailing and ordering instructions. Across the bottom are the words, "DO NOT USE THIS ORDER BLANK FOR CORRESPONDENCE." All of the printing is in black ink. The artifact was found within the catalog which is item .1 along with a coupon .2; a letter .3; a cash coupon offer .4; and a return envelope .6. With a fold across the center and light creases, the object is in good overall condition.
