Home of film actor House Peters, Santa Monica, 22 July 1921. The snapshot is taken from the middle of an intersection to a corner lot with the eclectic home, showing Romanesque blocks, a tile roof, and a third floor patio with front door facing the corner of the lot, mostly in view. There are large expanses of grass lawn and some palm trees in view, as well. The ink inscription on the reverse identifies the home, location, and date. Peters (1880-1967) was a British-born actor and worked from 1913 to 1928. With a dented corner and light soiling, the overall condition is good..
