A decal for the presidential campaign of Herbert Hoover, 1928-1932. The rectangular artifact has white edges, the right of which has some type of logo, which is not identified. The majority of the surface is a blue background, over which is the name "HOOVER" in white block letters. At the center lower edge is a logo with the letters "IPEU" within a diamond field. The surface of the artifact is worn and faded, so it is in fair condition.
