Color: Black; Blue; Brown; White A color postcard of the Hotel Agua Caliente, Tijuana, Mexico, ca. 1920s. The brown Mission-Revival style building is across the center of the front with steps that lead to the entrance at the middle of the structure. The doorway is arched and at the left and right of it are two small windows with iron grates. Above these are iron light fixtures. An arched opening is above the doorway and inset is a brass bell. At the far right and left are arcades, the roofs of which are lined with red ceramic shingles. Along the front of the building are many flowers, small palms, and a lawn. A brown automobile is on a paved driveway at the right. Three people who wear hats sit in the vehicle. At the left of the foreground is the branch of a tree and at the far right is a flower bed. Printed in black ink at the top right corner is, "X-53 HOTEL AGUA CALIENTE, TIJUANA, MEXICO." On the left of the back is the name and address of the Western Publishing and Novelty Company and at the left of the top is, "THIS SPACE FOR WRITING MESSAGES." On the center of the right are four blank lines for the mailing address and at the top right corner is a square box for the stamp. With only small creases at the corners and light stains on the back, the object is in good condition.
