A photo album page with eight images of exteriors and interiors of a home at 1322 Martel Avenue in Hollywood, February 1922 and August 1923. The structure in a one-story bungalow with a small porch at the front door and a trellis over the driveway at the right leading to the garage at the back. The earlier exterior appears to show the house as relatively new, while the later image has an awning over the front and vines covernig much of the trellis. Interiors show the living room and den, including wide arched entries, a fireplace with built-in bookshelves with glass doors to the sites, furniture, rugs on the wood floors and interior decoration. Captions are in white pencil and the images are very clean with some soiling and one image damaged at one corner with creases and tears. Overall the condition is good.
