Description

Bound volume of "Household Words," containing the Christmas issues of 1855 through 1858. It appears this was a compilation of the four issues of the magazine, edited by Charles Dickens and printed by Bradbury and Evans of London, and later rebound in library binding with the original wrappers pasted on the boards. Each issue features articles, stories, editorials, and poems relating to the holiday season, mostly written by Dickens. With some tears, browning, and creases on pages, the condition is fair.
