"I'm On The Water Wagon Now," a cartoon postcard published by J. T. Sheward, Los Angeles, postmarked 18 March 1906. The image shows a figure on a mule-drawn cart with a large barrel marked "Los Angeles" on it heading towards a building identified as a saloon. The title is at the bottom as is the ink inscription of the first name of the sender. On the reverse is an address, stamp, postmark from San Francisco, and cancellation. With some soiling and edge rubbing, the overall condition is good.
