Description
Indian characters from the Mission Play, San Gabriel, Stagg Photo Service, ca. 1920s. The view shows the group of eight men in their costumes comprising head gear, furs, woven skirts, bead necklaces and other items standing on a dirt area next to fencing and a wooden building that may have been the Playhouse. The photo studio label is on the reverse and the name is embossed at the lower right of the front, as well. With tape residue, a missing lower right corner, a piece gone from the top left, and small stains, the condition is fair.
